Aubrey Peeples

Aubrey Peeples was born in the United States and is a professional artist, actress and singer. She is best remembered for her performance as Layla Grant, in Nashville (2012) drama and Claudia Shepard from Sharknado (2013). She also played the main character Jerrica Jem Betnton, in the movie Jem and the Holograms (2005). Aubrey Peeples grew up in Lake Mary Florida by parents Wendy and Ashley. She is the younger sister of Ally. Aubrey was a performer with Orlando Repertory Theatre during her growing up. She graduated Lake Mary Preparatory School, in which she was the valedictory speech of the 2012 class. Harvard University accepted her but was able to enter twice after which she accepted the role she played in Nashville. Peeples played a role as a guest in the film Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally Drop Dead Diva (2009) Burn Notice (2007) Austin & Ally (2012) Grey's Anatomy (2005). The actress was also seen in the TV films Ace Ventura Jr. Pet Detective as well as The Good Mother. She joined the cast in the role of a major regular in the second season of the show drama Nashville in which she played Layla Grant. Peeples spoke about her bipolar illness in an interview that she provided an interview to NKD Magazine. Indiewire listed Peeples among the best actors younger than 20 in September of 2014.
